Babyemail.com is owned and operated by eAnnouncements Inc., a Texas corporation. The company was formed to provide both consumers and businesses with a means of distributing both online and voice announcements in a faster, classier and more economical manner than tradition communication methods. eAnnouncements utilizes the most up-to-date technologies and systems to facilitate online messages and images, video streaming and voice over internet protocol.

Babyemail.com was launched in 2003. Other sites scheduled for release in 2004 are BabyShoweremail.com, Anniversaryemail.com, Weddingemail.com, Thankyouemail.com and Classreunionemail.com.

Mr. Walker has over twenty years of experience in the development of high technology products and services to businesses and consumers. He has led many large scale sales and marketing operations prior to founding iWorld Systems Inc. and eAnnouncements Inc. in 2003.

Iworld Systems Inc. specializes in providing turnkey internet solutions for small businesses and eAnnouncements is a fast economical means of sending messages and images via email and voice over internet protocol. Mr. Walker holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Chiu oversees the technology used in developing and maintaining both products and services for eAnnouncement Inc. He has over 7 years of experience designing and implementing ecommerce sites for both business and consumers. Much of Mr. Chiu's expertise centers on his knowledge and design of sophisticated database networks to achieve robust eCommerce applications.

Mr. Chiu has a Mathematics degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Ferrell is in charge of all financial accounting and legal matters for eAnnouncements Inc. He has been a practicing CPA and attorney for over 20 years and was instrumental in the formation and startup of eAnnouncements Inc.

Mr. Ferrell holds an accounting degree from The University of Texas at Austin and earned his CPA in 1980. He also graduated with a law degree from the University of Houston and is a registered and practicing attorney with the Texas State Bar Association.

Mr. Waseem heads all creative and visual communications for eAnnouncements Inc. He was raised and schooled in London, England before attending and earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Communications from the University of Houston.

Early in his career Mr. Waseem obtained considerable experience in high-end hardcopy magazine layout, design and pre-production. He has combined that experience with the principles of online marketing to become one of the most effective strategists in the graphic design of eCommerce sites.
